RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Risque Lingerie by Victoria, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we only accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
• Item arrived damaged
• Item arrived defective
• Wrong item was received

Not Eligible for Refund:
• Items that have been worn
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time for refunds: 5–10 business days.
